Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the minimum needed to run a paid account: an email address, authentication records, metering rows, and billing records. We do not store your session notes or the notes we generate for you.

Information we collect

Account information: email address, name (optional), profile image if you sign in with a social provider, and the timestamps of account activity.

Usage metering: note format, model identifier, token counts, estimated cost, latency, and success or failure. No note content.

Billing: plan, amount, currency, status, and provider transaction identifiers.

Technical: IP address and user agent for abuse prevention and rate limiting, retained in server logs for a short period.

Information we do not collect

The text you paste or dictate. Redaction happens in your browser and only the redacted text is sent.

The notes generated for you. They exist in your browser session and in any file you export.

Any health information about your clients, in identifiable form or otherwise, in a database we control.

How we use information

To operate your account, meter usage against your plan, process payments, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to train models.

Sharing

With the sub-processors listed in our HIPAA statement, strictly to deliver the service.

Where required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of the service and its users.

Retention

Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Metering rows are retained for up to 24 months.

Because note content is never stored, there is nothing else to delete.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by writing to support@soap.musepics.com. We respond within 30 days.

Deleting your account removes your authentication records, metering rows, and profile. Billing records required for tax purposes are retained in minimum form.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not run advertising trackers.

Children

The service is intended for licensed professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be announced by email to account holders before they take effect.
