What this service is

A documentation drafting tool for licensed mental-health professionals. It reformats information you provide into a clinical note structure.

It is not a medical device, does not provide clinical decision support, and does not create a clinician-patient relationship with anyone.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorised to use the service in your jurisdiction and that doing so complies with your employer policy and licensing board guidance.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and signing every note before it enters a client record, and for the accuracy of what you sign.

You are responsible for the de-identification of any information you submit. The redaction features reduce risk but do not guarantee that all identifying information is removed.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to generate records you did not review, to fabricate clinical content, or to document sessions that did not occur.

Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits, resell access, or reverse engineer the service.

Plans, credits and billing

One credit corresponds to one generated note. Plan allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over, except for one-off top-up credits, which remain valid for 12 months.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Failed generations are not charged; the credit is returned automatically.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Model providers may change behaviour, latency, or availability.

We may change features or pricing with notice to active subscribers before the change takes effect on their next renewal.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for clinical decisions, documentation outcomes, audit findings, or consequences arising from notes you signed without review.
